Lina Kalvytė’s journey began in Eastern Europe under Soviet occupation, where she grew up surrounded by resilience and the dream of a better future. As a young woman, she immigrated to the United States, driven by the determination to build a life of purpose and possibility. With grit, vision, and natural business acumen, she rose above the poverty of her youth and thrived in a fast-paced, competitive industrial world.
Her first company was a start-up pharmaceutical fulfillment center which quickly grew into a multi-million dollar company, creating numerous new jobs during one of the nation’s most challenging economic periods: The Great Recession. Lina knows firsthand the highs and lows of building something from the ground up. As a woman, an immigrant, and a founder, she’s broken through barriers and carved a space for herself in the business world.
But for Lina, the real win isn’t in the numbers—it’s in giving back. Her true passion came to life when she started mentoring and consulting other entrepreneurs. Through her franchise consulting company, she’s built a wide network of connections and uses it to help others navigate the business world. What sets Lina apart is how deeply she cares—she gets to know people, meets them where they’re at, and offers advice that’s both honest and empowering. She’s received several awards for her work in entrepreneurship, but what she’s most proud of is helping others believe in themselves and build something they love.
Outside of her professional life, Lina is a proud mother and devoted wife.
“As a swimmer, a businesswoman, a wife, a mother, and a friend, I often reflect on those who supported and believed in me along the way. As a woman entrepreneur and an immigrant with an accent, the business world didn’t always welcome me—but I persevered. Today, I want to be that support for other women. I want them to believe in themselves, set bold goals, and know they are not alone. The Women’s Collective embodies that mission—and I’m proud to be part of it.”
