What is The Women’s Collective?
The WC is a dynamic, smart and fun group of professional women focused on activating female difference makers. We have all the positives perks of a good old fashioned “boys club” but are for women.
Why is The Women’s Collective Important?
The professional and volunteer leadership workforce gender ratio has been unequal for as long as we can remember. The WC will financially support specific initiatives that will bring women into the executive fold where their skills will make great positive impacts.
How will The Women’s Collective Succeed?
The goal is to be a powerhouse of funding to support initiatives of getting women in leadership roles in our community in all professions.
