Jona Davis

Meet Jona Davis:

Jona Davis has been part of the DC Ranch community since 2014 and proudly serves as Executive Director of the premier master-planned community in north Scottsdale. She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections among residents and leads the Community Council team that brings the community to life through engaging programs, effective communication, exceptional amenities, financial stewardship, and opportunities for giving back.

Before joining DC Ranch, Jona spent nearly two decades with the City of Scottsdale in the Parks and Recreation Department. She holds a master’s degree from Arizona State University and is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 30. After completing a term as chair of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Advisory Council, she now serves on the Chamber’s Board of Directors.

In 2020, Jona co-founded The Women’s Collective alongside four other inspiring women and continues to support its mission to elevate female leaders as past chair.

Outside of work, Jona has shifted from competitive triathlons to adventure travel. She has summited Mount Kilimanjaro, hiked Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon, and sea-kayaked around San Juan Island—always in pursuit of her next great challenge and moment of awe.

Why The WC Jona?

There’s been talk about the need for a strong women’s group in Scottsdale for many years. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of starting something devoted to women lending a hand and leading. My hope is we can build– and leave— a legacy.
