Tracy Hedrick

Tracy Hedrick is the Vice President of Operations for Discover Financial Services, where she leads a multi-site operation servicing Discover’s $100B credit card and bank loan portfolio. During her 35-year career at Discover, she had held several senior leadership roles including Financial Crimes Director, Human Resources Director, and Head of Collections based in the Scotland Operations Center. Tracy holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University. She is a Leading Women Executives Ambassador advancing the mission to expand the community of female professionals. Tracy’s community involvement includes serving on the boards of Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona and The Women’s Collective, executive sponsorship for Discover DEI employee resource groups, and chairing numerous annual fundraising and community events. Tracy and her wife Sarah are both Arizona natives and love sports, traveling the world, and spending time with family and friends.
