In 2018, five women came together with a common goal – to get more women in executive leadership roles. These women agreed that there would be power in a collective that would connect with allies to fundraise, promote, and mentor around the mission to inspire and elevate women leaders.

The WC strives to create an environment where members trust in each other, believe in each other, inspire each other, and feel confident they can share ideas and concerns in a safe place – all with the goal of advancing The WC’s mission. Members band together to plan fundraising events throughout the year; organize educational and mentoring seminars, review and decide on grant recipients, and enjoy activities that promote sisterhood and fun!.
In 2020, The Women’s Collective was officially launched. Since this time, membership in The WC has grown along with positive community awareness and impacts associated with the organization.
