The WC is a dynamic, smart and fun group of professional women focused on inspiring and elevating women leaders.

The professional workforce/volunteer leadership gender ratio has been unequal for as long as we can remember.  The WC will financially support specific initiatives that will bring women into the executive fold where their skills will make great positive impacts.
