Susan Ciardullo

I work in higher education, focusing on private postsecondary, career colleges to serve the workforce and the community, as the Executive Director for the Arizona Private School Association. We’re proudly representing the private postsecondary sector in Arizona; APSA is a voluntary membership organization whose institutions seek to provide excellent student outcomes, by sharing best practices and advocating for multiple pathways to education. My community involvement includes serving on the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education, Arizona Private School Association, EdKey Inc and the Peoria MET Professional Academy advisory boards. I previously served on the Arizona Commission for Postsecondary Education, and the City of Phoenix Business and Workforce Development Board. In my free time, I serve on the Homeowners Association Boards of my neighborhood and investment properties.

Why the WC Susan? 

I feel called to help the next group of women in their 20s and 30s (and beyond) benefit from my experiences.   Women need to know they have every right and responsibility to step up to get that seat at the table.   My creed:  Chances aren’t given, they are taken.
